FAQS
Most frequently asked questions
What does a program mean?
We believe habits take time to form. Therefore, we do not believe in one-offs as they're a waste of time and money. Training needs to occur over time. A program has a minimum of 6 weekly sessions allowing a minimum of 60 real-life simulations. This approach creates meaningful impact.
What skills do I need to have to create an AI simulation?
You need your imagination and to know what you're looking for. Our "brick builder" asks you questions and based on your responses automatically creates dozens of hidden prompts chosen from a catalog of personas for each activity.
How long does it take to create a simulation?
It depends on you, but not more than an hour or two. Our knowledge base is not static—it's filled with AI tools making your work easy. Generating texts? Done. Measurement ideas? We've got you covered.
What does Passwordless authentication mean?
We do not collect usernames and passwords from your users. They are your users. No data is transferred to us, making integration easy and bias-free measurement a fact.
What is Automated scheduling?
The training is based on calendar invites between the employee and the AI. The AI is always available, so employees can schedule training at their own time. SIMPLE.
How do you measure results?
We look at 5-7 parameters per simulation. We later have an analytics system that visualizes progress, allowing program managers or coaches the ability to know where to focus training. When you do the work for 6 weeks, it will show in the data.
