HUMAN OVERSIGHT REQUIREMENT: All training programs utilizing our AI simulator MUST be supervised by qualified human personnel. You agree that:

• No employment, certification, licensing, or professional decisions may be made solely based on AI outputs

Synthetic Data Requirement

PROHIBITED DATA TYPES: You warrant that you will ONLY use synthetic, anonymized, or fictional data within our simulator. You explicitly agree that:
• NO live patient data, personal health information (PHI), or confidential client information may be uploaded or used
• All training scenarios must use synthetic, de-identified, or fictional case studies
• Any breach of this requirement may result in immediate termination and legal liability
• You are solely responsible for ensuring data compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Professional and Medical Disclaimers
• NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: AI outputs do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
• NOT PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION: AI-generated content does not replace professional judgment or consultation

The  you grant us can be terminated at any time by deleting your content or account. Liability and Disclaimers

General Liability Exclusions
